What is your return policy for kayaks?
Pemol has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the kayak must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

What should I do if my kayak arrives damaged or incorrect?
It is important to inspect your kayak upon reception. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and provide a resolution.
What shipping options do you provide?
Pemol offers free economy shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days under normal conditions. Our maximum handling time is 1-3 business days, and we process orders Monday through Friday.
Are there any fees associated with returns?
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. However, if a package is returned as non-deliverable due to incorrect address information, a store credit will be issued minus the shipping charge.
